We combined the softness of a Ciabatta and the wholesomeness of grains to craft our Multigrain Ciabatta Buns. From sandwiches to burgers, these buns are an easy (and fun!) way to get the goodness of grains on your table.

Unbleached wheat flour, water, multigrain and seed blend (millet, sunflower seeds, amaranth, flax seeds, soft wheat flakes, Kamut® khorasan wheat), stone ground whole grain whole wheat flour, whole flax seeds, whole grain rye flour, salt, organic honey, wheat starch, natural flavour, malted barley flour, yeast, enzymes (amylase).
